Linda M. Lee
Linda’s practice encompasses a broad scope of environmental and real estate transactional matters. Linda represents clients in the procurement of environmental permits and approvals from state and federal agencies for residential and commercial developments. Linda is knowledgeable about approvals needs for wetlands, flood hazard, stormwater, CAFRA, tidelands, and wastewater management, amongst other matters. Linda also provides counsel on site remediation and regulatory compliance under state and federal law, such as the Industrial Site Recovery Act, Spill Compensation and Control Act, Site Remediation Reform Act, and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act. In addition, Linda provides counsel to individual owners, companies, and developers on land acquisition and development matters, including due diligence investigations, contract negotiations and drafting, title review, and closings. Linda is also an experienced litigator and has represented clients in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums.
Linda is Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee.

Other Professional and Personal Information
While attending Rutgers School of Law – Newark, Linda was the Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a teaching associate for the Legal Analysis Writing and Research Skills program. After graduating from law school, Linda served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marianne Espinosa in the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Linda was an associate at a national law firm with her practice focused on commercial litigation and insurance defense matters.
